The Manager / Sr. Manager Premier will be responsible for driving wealth management business growth through client acquisition, portfolio management, and delivering superior financial solutions. This role focuses on business development, client servicing, and achievement of revenue targets without team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for wealth management products and services. • Identify and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs). • Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across investment and wealth solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide personalized financial solutions. • Ensure superior client servicing standards and timely resolution of queries.

3. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines. • Monitor client portfolios to mitigate risks and maintain suitability of investment strategies.

4. Market & Product Knowledge • Stay updated on financial products, investment strategies, market developments, and regulatory changes. • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5 to 8 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking.

Strong knowledge of financial products, portfolio management, and investment strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Proven track record of achieving business targets through client acquisition and portfolio growth.

He/She will report to the Zonal Head / VP and will be individually responsible for business growth within the assigned region/branch.
