Greetings! Hiring for HRBP from IT company who has expertise in handling entire employee life cycle from Recruitment and Induction to Exit Process. Role & responsibilities We require an HR Business Partner with good stability for an IT client in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of experience post Full time MBA in HR, and a proven track record in managing the employee lifecycle. Excellent communication, articulation, and demonstrable employee sensitivity are essential. This is a full-time, on-site, individual contributor role with a five-day work week.
