Senior Analyst (Service Support Associate)

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the
primary point of contact
for the US onshore branch, providing end-to-end support for policy renewals
Understand and implement
US Health Insurance regulations, standards, guidelines, and procedures
Manage the
entire policy lifecycle
, including documentation and renewal activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Handle queries effectively, minimizing rework
Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong time management and organizational skills while handling multiple tasks

Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with onshore staff
Insurance domain knowledge (experience with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife preferred)
Proactive problem-solving ability

Eligibility

Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Health Insurance
Insurance certification – preferred but not mandatory
Experience in service transition/onboarding – good to have
