Job Description

We are hiring "Sales Executive" for a premium Logistics Company based in Gurugram. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience with logistics industry can apply. Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales Experience: Minimum 2 Years CTC: Upto 9 LPA Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Identify and engage potential clients; research new market opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize deals, especially with major clients. Track and analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights. Deliver solutions aligned with client needs in coordination with internal teams. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to maintain brand alignment. Stay informed about new product launches and train team members accordingly. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Goal-oriented, adaptable, and proactive personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Additional Information: Work Environment: Office-based role with frequent client visits/travel. Travel Allowances will be given.
