Position: HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Swadesh Group Hospitality office M.P Nagar zone-1, Bhopal
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–7 years (Real Estate / Hotel / Service sector preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Division

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and compliance for project & office staff
• Develop appraisal systems, incentive plans, and employee documentation
• Coordinate manpower for project sites and Hotels
• Support CRM and sales team requirements for staffing and training

Hospitality Division (Orchard Hotels & Resorts)

• Handle HR operations, shift scheduling, grooming, and training coordination
• Implement hotel HR SOPs and performance tracking systems
• Monitor discipline, attendance, and manpower deployment across departments
• Collaborate with hotel management for hiring and retention of key operational staff

Group-Level HR & Operations

• Maintain centralized HR dashboards and digital employee records
• Drive employee engagement, appraisals, and training programs
• Coordinate between real estate and hospitality teams for shared manpower planning
• Manage Google Sheets-based task alignment, tracking, and daily follow-ups across departments
• Ensure proper task closure reports, performance logs, and follow-up documentation are maintained

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA in HR or Business Administration
• 3–7 years of experience in HR (real estate, hotel, or service industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive) and task tracking systems
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills
• Ability to multitask across project sites and hospitality operations
