Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and salary negotiation
Headhunt for niche and leadership roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
Source candidates via portals, social networks, and referrals
Conduct interviews with a focus on skill and cultural alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

1–4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT preferred)
Strong headhunting and leadership hiring expertise
Proficient with sourcing tools and job portals
Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills
