𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 / 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 📍 Location: Front-end Production → Lead day-to-day production activities up to lamination → Manage machine operators, engineers, and coordinate with other teams → Maintain ISO documentation, SOPs and achieve daily targets → Identify problems and drive improvements (RCA, CAPA) Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) Experience: 3–7 years in solar module production 𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 📍 Location: Across the Plant → Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance → Work on PLC, SCADA, solar machines, conveyors, motors, etc. → Maintain reports, track spares, and ensure machine uptime Education: Diploma/B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical) Experience: 3–5 years in solar industry 𝟯. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 📍 Location: Backend/Final Line → Oversee solar module packing process → Ensure quality, quantity, and proper pallet loading → Manage packing team and equipment Education: Diploma with knowledge of solar packaging Experience: 2+ years in solar/box/pallet packing 𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 & 𝗣𝗣𝗖 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 📍 Location: Production Area → Manage store inventory and issue tracking → Create BOM reports, use ERP, and maintain store condition → Handle staff coordination and purchasing records Education: Any graduate with ERP knowledge Experience: 3–5 years in solar store management 𝟱. 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 📍 Location: Front Line → Operate automatic glass loading machine → Ensure safe and accurate glass placement → Follow safety standards and keep the machine clean Education: 10th/12th pass Experience: Preferred in solar or machine operating 𝟲. 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 📍 Location: Production Line → Operate lamination machines with heating/vacuum settings → Inspect sheets and maintain lamination quality → Check Teflon, membrane, O-rings, and handle minor fixes Education: ITI/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) Experience: 3–5 years in solar lamination 𝟳. 𝗔𝗧𝗪 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 📍 Location: Front Line → Operate ATW (tabber-stringer) machine → Connect ribbons, reduce rejections, maintain cleanliness → Know components like PLC, sensors, conveyors, etc. Education: ITI/Diploma/B.E. (Electrical/EC) Experience: 2–8 years in solar ATW operations 𝟴.
