We're Hiring Inside Sales Executive Lead Generation | Business Development Manager (US Market) Location: Mohali or Hyderabad (4 days working from office , Friday : WFH) Timing: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST (NIGHT SHIFT) If interested then share your resume at : Priya.Khanna@spectraforce.com About the role: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Youll work closely with the Sales team, driving outreach efforts and shaping engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to business growth while taking full ownership of initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Make 180 -200 outbound calls per day to potential clients across various industries in the US market. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development team to identify high-potential prospects and strategic targets. Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails. Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively. Transfer warm leads to the US offshore sales/account management team with detailed context for smooth follow-up. Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system . Continuously adapt communication and engagement styles based on client profiles and feedback received. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and activity targets as set by the management. Requirements: Proven experience in high-volume cold calling or inside sales (US market experience preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc.). Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
