Job Description

Hiring GM HR for a Manufacturing Company in Hyderabad

Role Purpose

Design and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, implement talent practices that support business scale-up, and build a strong internal and external Employer Brand. Drive EVP, employer branding initiatives, and campus programs across all MYK Laticrete locations.

This role will also ensure that HR operations, systems, data, and processes run efficiently and consistently under the strategic direction of the Head HR.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in HR with 13-17 years of experience across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, or similar high-volume, sales-heavy industries (manufacturing exposure is a plus).
Led Talent Acquisition teams delivering 500+ positions annually across multi-location setups.
Designed talent strategies for mass and mid-level hiring (sales, frontline, plant, regional roles).
Planned and executed Campus Programs, including management trainee/GET pipelines, onboarding, and early-careers development.
Managed and developed a team of at least 4+ HR professionals.
Designed and implemented EVP and employer branding initiatives.
Built recruitment frameworks to improve process efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality, using innovative assessment and interview methods.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Darwinbox, or similar HR systems.
Exposure to employee engagement design and implementation.
Strong process orientation, operational rigour, and ability to work across multiple business units.
Stable career progression with long-term tenures; no rapid job switches.
