HIRING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT Voice/CHAT PROCESS

Salary:

Handle customer queries through
Voice / live chat
with high accuracy and clarity
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products/services
Guide customers with step-by-step resolutions
Document interactions and update internal systems
Ensure quick response time and maintain chat quality standards
Provide excellent customer experience with a problem-solving approach
