Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
  
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  
• Handle 200–300 calls per day and proactively understand customer needs.
  
• Communicate effectively in English and preferably additional regional languages.
  
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.
  
• Accurately fill out customer application forms and perform KYC verification.
  
• Maintain a professional and neutral tone in all customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Initial Salary:

  18,000 per month (15000 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Attendance bonus) +

Work Schedule:

Shift Timings:

• Initial:

  10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

• Post-Promotion:

  10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

Working Days:

• Initial:

  6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off

• Post-Promotion:

  5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
