Job Description

Join Probus Insurance as a Sales Support Executive perfect role for fresh graduates in insurance operations!

About the Role:

Graduate Fresher

This role involves backend coordination, quotation preparation, working on insurance portals, and supporting the internal sales team in day-to-day operations.

Location

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for quotations and policy details.
Work on different
insurance company portals
to generate and compare quotes.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
and trackers.
Handle and resolve
internal queries
related to proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Support the sales team with backend operations and ensure timely updates.
Assist in compiling data and sharing reports with management as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in any stream (Fresher welcome).
Communication:
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Basic to intermediate
MS Excel
(knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Personality:
Energetic, proactive, and good at coordination and multitasking.
Attitude:
Eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
