Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring all queries are addressed accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain email logs and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow process guidelines and adhere to quality standards.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets related to email handling and customer satisfaction.

  • B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
