Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Officer / Business Development / Market Development Executives/Demand Generator

Position 1: Interim Sales Representative(3LPA-4.5LPA)

Position 2: Sales Executive (TL)(8LPA-11LPA)

Position 3: Business Development Executive Trade Projects (upto 14LPA)

Position 4: Market Development Executive Trade Projects (upto 13LPA)

INTERIM SALES Representative & SALES EXECUTIVE--CHANNEL SALES

Basic Responsibilities

1. Sales & Order Management

  • Retailer visits as per DRCP (Daily Route Coverage Plan) norms
  • Collect secondary orders from retailers
  • Drive revenue targets across categories for the retailers
  • Communicate latest schemes to retailers
  • Focus on promoting sales of focus products and ensure range selling

2. Channel Expansion & Management

  • Identify high-potential retailers and handover to SE/ASM for onboarding
  • Manage and grow retailers within the allocated territory

3. In-Shop Execution

  • Conduct promotional activities in-shop meets and other channel-level branding
  • Conduct in-shop selling activities for top tile retailers (Superior)

4. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Input and prospect potential leads (sites, contractors) provided into LMS
  • Follow up internally with MDE/TPE and update status

5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

  • Gather market pricing for own and competitor products
  • Capture competitor insights and share with Sales Executive

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update DRCP daily activities in Salesforce Application
  • Provide reports as required

  1. Secondary sales targets 45%
  2. Focus product sales 20%
  3. % retailers qualifying for value guidelines 10%
  4. New outlet addition 10%

Input Metric

  1. Visit norm adherence 15%

Education

  • Essential:

    Graduate
  • Desirable:

    Graduate

Experience & Skills

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in channel sales
  • Digital Literacy: Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SFA, and equivalent apps
