Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the entire manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement and inventory planning.
Lead and mentor a large team across multiple units, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term operational goals.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Textile/ Apparel Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or related field
.
20+ years of proven experience
in managing large-scale garment manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of production planning, quality standards, lean practices, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
