Role & responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences Answering customer questions about car parts and the purchase process Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs, both existing and potential clients Work with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system Collaborate with other departments, such as the finance and service teams, to provide a seamless customer experience Preferred candidate profile: P.A.R.T.S.
