Job Summary:

International Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support to international customers via email, chat, and phone.
  
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate information and guidance.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical Support) to address customer needs efficiently.
  
• Track and log customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Understand cultural nuances to communicate effectively with customers from various regions.
  
• Handle inquiries in English and other languages (if applicable).
  
• Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  
• Assist in localizing support documentation and FAQs for international audiences.
  

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-cultural team
