Job Description

Role: Telesales Executive Savings Account Opening

Location:

Role Overview

Unity Small Finance Bank is hiring Telesales Executives to promote and open Savings Accounts through outbound/inbound calling. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and prior sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers to promote Savings Accounts
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
Ensure compliance with banking policies and process guidelines
Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12 months of sales experience (preferably telesales or banking sales)
Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduation
Communication Skills: Versant Level 3 or above
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to 22,500 (for Versant Level 3 candidates)
In-hand Salary: Approximately 18,000 per month
