NP :Immediate or Less than 30 days

Roles and Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Developer

46 years
of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with
ITSM and CSM modules
(Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case Management, Customer Portal).
Proven expertise in
ServiceNow integrations
(Integration Hub, APIs, web services, 3rd-party apps).
Good experience in
ServiceNow migration
of ITSM, ITOM, SAM , HRSD , IRM modules.
Practical experience with
Now Assist
features (Resolution Notes, Generative AI for search and case deflection).
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Business Rules, UI Policies/Actions
.
Strong experience in
Catalog
Development.
Strong knowledge of
Service Portal/Employee Center customization
.
Understanding of
CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling concepts
.
Experience with
Agile methodologies
and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CAD Certification
