Job Description

We are seeking a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to provide 24/7 remote technical assistance as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot basic IT problems, manage service tickets, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Fluency in both Korean and English is required, as the role supports users across different regions. Key Responsibilities: IT TechDesk - Level 1 Support (24/7 Shift Rotation) User Device Support: Assist with desktop PCs and laptops (e.g., new joiner/offboarding support). IT Ticket Management: Monitor and manage ServiceNow IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly). Account & Application Issues: Handle simple account-related tasks such as password resets and account creation. Office Software Support: Troubleshoot basic issues related to office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients). Hardware Support: Provide remote assistance for printers and other office IT devices. Meeting Room & Office IT Support (as applicable remotely). Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written) is a must. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and network fundamentals. Experience with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow troubleshooting guides and escalate issues when necessary. Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an IT support/help desk role. Knowledge of IT security best practices. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. Job Type: Full-time, Remote (24/7 Rotational Shifts) Work Schedule: Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations (including weekends & holidays).
