Job Summary: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect / Technical Architect with at least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, integration, and data migration using Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities: For Solution Architect: Design end-to-end solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, aligning with business needs and industry best practices. Develop CRM strategy, roadmap, and technical architecture for scalable and maintainable implementations. Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, and stakeholder engagements to define business processes. Provide guidance on data modeling, security architecture, and user experience design. Ensure the CRM solution integrates seamlessly with ERP, Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party applications. Define governance policies for customization, configuration, and lifecycle management of CRM solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. For Technical Architect: Design and implement customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM. Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. Perform data migration from legacy CRM systems using SSIS, Azure Data Factory. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of CRM applications. Work with CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 development and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues related to integration, data inconsistencies, or performance bottlenecks. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, security roles, and business rules. Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure Services. Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Automate for CRM extensions. Hands-on experience with SSIS, and SQL Server for data migration. Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and OAuth for CRM integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps. Certifications (preferred): oMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert oMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
