Role and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor growth and profitability of Motor/ A&H line of business
2. Actively managing portfolio – sharing insights and taking decisions to weed out non preferred business
3. Analyzing and managing channel wise and overall P&L for Motor/ A&H line of Business
4. Formulating strategy to increase market share
5. Competition benchmarking – Growth and Profitability
6. Sharing various reports with senior management on portfolio performance

Desired skills: Data Analytics, Communication skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Working knowledge of R/ Python/SAS and Actuarial Science
