Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide legal guidance on commercial contracts, including software licensing agreements, NDAs, MSA, SOW, Redlining, vetting contracts for risks and issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs through effective contract management practices.
Ensure timely review of contracts before signing by conducting thorough due diligence reviews.
Develop strong relationships with external partners by negotiating favorable terms while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience as an Inhouse Legal Counsel or similar role in IT SaaS industry.
LLB degree from any specialization; LLM preferred but not mandatory.
Strong expertise in Commercial Contracts, Contract Drafting, Contract Review, Contract Negotiations & Management.
