Job Description

SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve issues in plumbing and piping systems.
Perform routine mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks.
Execute preventive maintenance plans in accordance with established schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and facility systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company maintenance standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven expertise in troubleshooting plumbing, piping, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing preventive maintenance measures.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance procedures.
Ability to read technical diagrams and follow maintenance manuals.
