Customer Service ( Japanese Language Expert)

Location:

Shift

The role of Customer Support Associate (CSA), will be responsible for:

Answering customer service queries
Moderating online Community Fora
Providing friendly and efficient service (via email, live chat, socialmedia, etc.) to Game players to make sure they have a seamless,no-hassle player experience
Independently working through a queue of tasks with an eye for
process improvements
Answering customer queries about product, gameplay & updates
Answering questions regarding issues
Escalate product related issues to internal teams & close loop
Going the extra mile to engage with customers by solving their issues
and ensuring satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Must successfully pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent required
Post secondary degree is a plus
N2 level Japanese proficiency or close to Native
Strong grasp of business-level Japanese
Should be able to handle polite forms (keigo) appropriately
Reads and responds to tickets/chats with accuracy
Understands nuance, empathy, and phrasing required for CSAT-

driven environments

Should communicate with native clients/partners if needed
The support involves interpreting, negotiations,developer/technical escalations
Written content review or creation is required (FAQs, macros, help center)
2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
Copy writing skills
Interpretations skills
Forum Experience or Community Management Experience preferred
