Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Technical Hiring

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 - 5 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit for both technical and cultural aspects.

  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Maintain candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and generate recruitment reports.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of technical job roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, QA, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with

    sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills for offers and closures.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product-based companies preferred).

  • Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment CRMs.
