Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain call logs, update customer records, and follow standard call procedures.
Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions within timelines.
Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written).
Comfortable working in
US Shifts / Night Shifts
&
Rotational Shifts

Freshers
and
2025 pass-outs
are welcome to apply.
Candidates
must reside in Mumbai
(preferably nearby Airoli / Navi Mumbai).
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and calmly.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
