We are currently looking for Customer Support Executive & Sr. Customer Support Executive - International Non-Voice Process. A growth oriented Career awaits you at IntouchCX. Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing excellent customer service. Solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web chat. Contacts can be from customers or shoppers.
