Job Description

What Youll Be Doing:

Handle
inbound and outbound voice calls
for international customers (US/UK/AUS markets).
Provide
first-contact resolution
for queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
Deliver a
customer-first experience
by understanding needs and offering smart solutions.
Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and response time.

What Were Looking For:

Excellent spoken English
with neutral or international accent (US/UK/AUS preferred).
Previous experience in a voice-based BPO/KPO (minimum 6 months preferred but freshers with great communication are welcome).
Flexibility to work in
night shifts and rotational weekly offs
.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask between tools and CRM systems.
Minimum educational qualification:
High School/Diploma/Graduate
in any discipline.
