About the Role

International Voice Process Broadband Services

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers regarding broadband services.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide product/service information clearly and confidently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Document all interactions and escalate issues to relevant teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English.
Prior experience in
International Voice Process / Customer Support
preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
Flexible to work in
night shifts / rotational shifts
.

Eligibility & Other Details

Education:
Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.
Experience:
03 years in International Technical Voice Process (preferred).
