International Non-Voice Process – Telecom

Handle
customer queries
via non-voice channels (chat/email).
Ensure adherence to
SLA
and maintain high
customer satisfaction
.
Deliver accurate and timely support in a professional manner.

Project Coordinator – Media Firm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the
primary point of contact
for customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage
customer engagement
, status calls, executive summaries, and strategy meetings for high-profile projects.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure
exceptional service delivery
.
Prepare and communicate
project timelines, budgets, pricing quotes, and estimates

Ensure
billing and revenue tracking
