Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple live chat conversations with international customers simultaneously.
Understand and respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, payments, and troubleshooting.
Provide clear, concise, and professional communication in written form.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Document chat interactions and update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow escalation procedures for complex queries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
Adapt to different time zones and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
