Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Assist international customers with inquiries related to
products, services, billing, technical support, or account issues
.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively, following standard operating procedures.
Ensure adherence to
data privacy and compliance
standards at all times.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using internal tools/CRMs.
Meet and exceed
KPIs
related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience
in an
international chat process
(non-voice).
Excellent written English communication
skills with strong grammar and typing speed (35+ WPM with high accuracy).
Flexibility to work in
night shifts and rotational schedules
.
Ability to
multi-task
, work independently, and think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems, CRMs, and support platforms.
Minimum education:
Graduate or equivalent
(Commerce/Business background preferred).
B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
