Position Overview:

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries, including account cancellations, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting via

    Chat

  • Proactively engage users to offer tailored retention solutions, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, supporting customers with clear, informative answers.
  • Follow structured communication frameworks to deliver efficient, empathetic, and effective resolutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and manage case details using cloud-based systems.
  • Achieve performance KPIs, including:
    • Handle Time
    • Quality
    • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
    • Save Rate
    • Retention Metrics

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills

    in

    English

    (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Confident, persuasive communication style with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting across

    iOS

    devices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • 0-6 months

    of experience in
