Position Overview:

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries, including account cancellations, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting via
Chat
.
Proactively engage users to offer tailored retention solutions, enhancing customer loyalty.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, supporting customers with clear, informative answers.
Follow structured communication frameworks to deliver efficient, empathetic, and effective resolutions.
Accurately document customer interactions and manage case details using cloud-based systems.
Achieve performance KPIs, including:

Handle Time
Quality
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Save Rate
Retention Metrics

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
in
English
(both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
Confident, persuasive communication style with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
Comfortable with troubleshooting across
Android
and
iOS
devices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with constructive feedback.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
0-6 months
of experience in
Customer Service
, particularly in
International Chat support
, is preferred but not required.
