We are looking for a HR Operation - offrole ( Andheri )( Urgent Requirement )

Exp - 3+ yrs

Educational qualification: Graduate or PGDHR.

Salary range: 5 -6 LPA

Skills: Communication, Employee Engagement, Employee Grevience & Data Management

Role & responsibilities

Proven experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
She / He will be managing the Employee enagement activities closely.
She / He will be working on employee grievance, responsible to close the queries on priority.
Good in data management, should have managed data in large scale.
Prior exposure to HR Operations, employee engagement activities, and HR data management.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions & create dashboard.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
