Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of HR administration.
Handling the core functions of the HR department such as Recruitment, Payroll Management, Performance appraisal and Statutory compliance.
Monitoring the Production, Sales & Marketing, Time office, Transport departments etc.
Assisting Management regarding grievances of employees & disciplinary issues.
Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment and replacement as per production plan (Entry to exit Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companys overall development plan.
Monitoring and executing human resource discipline for ensuring a sound working culture within the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female only.
Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment & Generalist roles.
Willingness to complete tasks at hand.
Ability to work independently and lead people.
Residing in Madurai Only.
Strong understanding of corporate HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

Salary : Rs. 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 per annum
