Responsibilities: Responsible for Sales of the entire range of products for the assigned territory. Handling distribution network of the assigned territory. Expanding the coverage by aggressive Sales promotion activities. Responsible for recruiting sales team and team handling. Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with Super Stockiest, Distributors & Retailers etc. Work in line with company's vision and policy. Desired Profile: Candidates having relevant experience in FMCG Sales of Packaged foods [Pickles/ Spices/ Masalas/Confectionery/ Biscuits/ Oils] Good communication skills, relationship building skills, team handling skills, Presentation skills Capable to Appoint Super Stockiest and Distributor Candidate Must be able to work as front line Manager with stockiest handling and sales team (consisting SO/SR).
