About the role:

Global Healthcare is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Employee Relations Executive to join our team in Velachery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement, managing employee relation issues and ensuring compliance with HR Policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Handle employee queries related to HR Policies, compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and employee morale.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field.
More than 1 plus years of experience preferably in Employee relations or generalist role.
With No Recruitment Experience.
