Location:

Females:
Day shift up to 8 PM

Salary Details:

Freshers:
Up to 25,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates:
Up to 35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

Job Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls for Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional service while adhering to compliance and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:
Graduate from any field.
Experience:
Open for freshers and experienced candidates.

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in insurance or sales.

Languages:
English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Additional languages preferred: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati

Skill Requirements:

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Clear pronunciation; no MTI or RTI influence.
Strong grammar, articulation, and listening skills.
Customer-centric mindset and persuasive communication ability.
Basic computer proficiency.
