You will leverage your expertise in testing, validation of components, and vehicle technology to support our manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive testing and validation of automotive components.Develop and execute test plans to assess component performance and reliability.Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards during testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and implement process improvements.Document test procedures, results, and recommendations for process enhancements. What We Look ForSkills: Proficiency in Automotive and Manufacturing Component Testing.15 - 18 years of industry experience.Strong expertise in testing methodologies and validation processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional collaborative environments.
