Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through chat channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Work on international non-voice processes for clients based in various countries such as UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken).
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
Proficiency in handling international non-voice processes (chat/email) for multiple geographies.
