About the Role : As a Calibration Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that various types of equipment and instruments used in our company are working accurately and efficiently. Your main task will be to adjust and fine-tune these devices to meet specific standards and requirements. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating a range of equipment to maintain their precision and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Perform calibration procedures on different types of equipment, including but not limited to measurement tools, sensors, and testing instruments.
  • Analyze and interpret calibration data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or malfunctions.
  • Document calibration processes, results, and adjustments made for record-keeping and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement calibration schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to calibration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to calibration techniques and equipment.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 Years of proven experience in calibration, testing, or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, precision, and quality standards.
