Roles and Responsibilities : Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in the assigned area. Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention. Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying cross-sell opportunities for housing loans, mortgage loans, and other financial products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Job Requirements : 4-9 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the NBFC industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business through effective relationship management. Strong understanding of various types of loans such as business loans, personal loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), etc.
