-Identify, acquire, and manage customers for Home Loan and Loan Against
-Property products through various channels such as direct marketing agents, and referrals.- Conduct client meetings and financial needs assessments to recommend suitable loan products.- Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, and Technical to ensure smooth processing and sanction of loans.- Prepare and verify all loan-related documentation including KYC, income documents, and property papers.- Achieve assigned sales targets for loan disbursals and portfolio growth.- Maintain regulatory and company policy compliance at all times.- Establish and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, dealers, and DSAs.
