Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on airline policies, procedures, and services to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international voice process calls effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound voice process calls with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
