Role & responsibilities We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, greet clients, manage calls, and ensure smooth coordination of front-office activities with a welcoming attitude. Greet and welcome clients/visitors with a professional attitude. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the concerned departments. Maintain appointment schedules, meeting calendars, and visitor logs. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services. Ensure front desk area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials. Assist in administrative tasks like courier handling, stationery management, and filing. Coordinate with internal teams for client meetings, shoots, or office requirements. Support HR/Admin team in basic documentation and day-to-day office operations. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal and written). Pleasant personality with professional grooming. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle clients with patience and confidence.
