Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through calls, messages, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with
banquets, hotels, and hospitals
to create tie-ups and referral partnerships.
Explain our services, packages, and offers to potential clients and partners.
Drive bookings for photography sessions and hand & feet casting services through active outreach.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Coordinate with the studio and marketing teams for seamless client experiences.
Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Provide feedback and insights from clients and partners to enhance service offerings.
Prepare weekly reports on leads, sales performance, and partnership activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in client interactions and partner negotiations.
Basic understanding of social media and digital communication.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Prior experience in
hospitality, photography, events, or customer-facing roles
preferred.
