Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Select and curate the best images from raw shoot data.
Edit, color-correct, and retouch images using tools like
Adobe Lightroom
and
Photoshop
.
Maintain consistency in color tone, lighting, and overall aesthetic across all deliverables.
Organize and manage image files for easy access and archival.
Collaborate closely with photographers, cinematographers, and creative leads to align on visual direction.
Ensure timely delivery of edited photos for client previews, social media, and albums.
Suggest creative enhancements and stay updated with current editing trends.
Perform quality checks before final delivery to ensure all files meet brand standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in
Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One
(or similar tools).
Strong sense of color balance, composition, and visual storytelling.
Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in
wedding, maternity, or kids photography
editing will be an added advantage.
