Role Overview

dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage

  distributors and retailers

  in the assigned region.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure strong secondary sales through retail counters.
• Promote brand visibility through regular shop visits, sampling, and merchandising activities.
• Conduct product training and relationship management with retailers and Ayurvedic outlets.
• Prepare sales reports and share daily updates with the regional manager.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow.

Expertise Required / Qualifications

• Minimum

  2–5 years of field sales experience

  in

  Ayurvedic, FMCG, or Pharma OTC

  sector.
• Strong network among Ayurvedic shops, chemists, wellness stores, or distributors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp reporting or sales CRM is an advantage.
